Our team

Evgeny M. Kuznetsov is the Managing Partner and Founder of Herman & Smith LLC. He specializes in debt restructuring, debt collection, and mediation following the commencement of litigation, particularly in matters related to maritime law. He has also represented clients in international arbitration proceedings.

Throughout his career, Evgeny has developed particular expertise in assisting foreign investors seeking to establish and conduct business operations in Russia. He studied law in Switzerland, graduating from the Faculty of Law in Geneva, and later earned a Master’s degree in Strategic Management from Kingston University in London.
