Evgeny M. Kuznetsov

Evgeny M. Kuznetsov is the Managing Partner and Founder of Herman & Smith LLC. His professional experience includes debt restructuring and recovery, mediation, and litigation matters, particularly in the field of maritime law. He has also represented clients in international arbitration proceedings.

Over the course of his career, Evgeny has developed particular expertise in advising and supporting foreign investors seeking to establish and conduct business in Russia.

Evgeny studied law in Switzerland, graduating from the Faculty of Law in Geneva, and subsequently earned a Master’s degree in Strategic Management from Kingston University in London.
